This is not our first time visiting Kato Sabi Sushi, and honestly, it seems to get better every time we come. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they put a lot of care into every dish, and that consistency is one of the reasons we keep coming back. This time, we ordered the Rainbow Roll, Las Vegas Roll, and Rock N Roll. Every roll was delicious and had its own unique flavor. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. We also had the Monkey Salad and fried rice, and both were excellent. The Monkey Salad was fresh and full of flavor, and the fried rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Another thing we love is their weekday lunch specials. They are an incredible value for the quality and portion sizes you get, making it an easy choice for lunch during the week. Every visit has been a great experience, and somehow each one has been even better than the last. Great food, beautiful presentation, friendly service, and excellent value. We always leave happy, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Kato Sabi Sushi!

I LOVE eating there. It's so relaxing & I actually enjoy taking a simple roll or two to go. I call ahead and make an easy order and it's ready in 5-15 mins. My favorite thing about this place is the actual RICE of the roll. It's the best I've had in The Valley.👌

The food was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the rainbow sushi roll, which was delicious. The restaurant offered a wide variety of sushi rolls and other delectable dishes. Our server was exceptional, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The modern and charming ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of prices on the menu, which made it a bit challenging to make informed decisions.

This restaurant is brand new, decorated so nice and was so clean. The staff was 10/10, Samuel took such good care of us and was so kind throughout our dining experience. The food was delicious… we tried a multitude of things and everything was spectacular! Will be coming back and brining all my friends.
